I had that happen yesterday and couldn't see a post because of it. I thought it was related to the post, like perhaps it had been deleted or something. Can't remember who or what I was looking at. Maybe the website just gets bogged down from time to time. Maybe lots of people on here because of the holiday?

I have had that screen show up a few times in the past 60 days. I use firefox.
usually first thing in the morning. Might be site maintenance. Maybe Nifty would know.

I get errors from time to time but mine usually have a number like 527 and just say error so I just refresh the page and it goes

Now that you mention firefox, I might only get that message when I'm using Firefox or Brave. I have found that they don't work perfectly on all sites. I have to go back to Edge to print my bank statement, for example. Might not be this site after all, but what we are using to browse.
