I think we might try disabling cloudflare to see what (if anything) happens.

Let me know if you do that, 'cause I would like to see if that fixes that Chrome file download/upload problem.

So you have issues with cloudflare enabled, and now reporting it's slow with cloudflare disabled? With the amount of people on here, @Nifty-Chicken will have to make a decision about how this goes further.
