Solved Error message

I am getting an error message with all page refreshes. It’s been occurring for 2 days now. I reinstalled the app from iOS and still getting error message. anyone else having issues?

I get error loading messages when my internet connection is weak or slow. How is your connection?

I highly recommend not using the Apple version of the app and instead using the browser on your device. The Apple version of the BYC app is not up-to-date.

Yeah I don't use the app either, it's pretty glitchy. There is little difference in the web browser version of BYC vs the BYC app. As stated above, I too suggest you save yourself the headaches and use your browser.

my internet is strong. no other issues elsewhere.

Then I'd recommend not using the app and use the web browser version of BYC.

Gotcha. I deleted app and am using the browser. So far no errors. thx everyone!!

I mostly use the app. I think that error message might have to do with the ads because I used to get it all the time before I became a Premium Feather Member. Now that I don’t have ads I rarely if ever get that error message.
