thanks everyone they came over this morning and said they were sorry dont know if that is true but we will see i told her that ive ran it off so many times and that it barks at me and i dont want it down here period and that i dont have a problem getting rid of it if thats what they want also asked if they would like for me to help them find a new home for it witch i think kinda ticked her off but all in all i think they maybe got the hint if not i dont care theve been warned and know that im gonna kill it so its not really my fault if they dont keep it pened and called dad he said i shoulda shot it last night so i guess i was worried about that whole side of the situation for nothing anyway i will update if he comes back thanks everyone

did i mention how much i love BYC everyone has an opinion and if you want to know somthing or having trouble you get all of them and i can form my own solution after everyone says what they think as well as what i think so thank you again everyone

Eggdicted, I'm glad it worked out for you. Now that you have your dad's blessings, and the neighbors have been properly warned, you have your answer and know what to do.

I think I would still file a report with the proper authorities. That way if you were to get bit while outside it would show that the dog had threatened you before. In the long run it could make damages from a bite or property destruction easier to get.
