Escape from Akuto City ~RP~

Iona looked at the guy as he threw up in mid sentence. She pulled back appalled. She yelled in disgust, yelling no while turning around and running. Iona's sweatshirt opened revealing her sailor girls outfit. It was a navy blue with white and a red ribbon in the front, and it went a n inch or two above her knees. She had long skinny legs too, which were covered in baggy pants, not matching her outfit at all. Iona closed her eyes, trying to get the image out of her head, if there was one thing bad about her, it was the fact that she was a super clean/germ free freak, and puke had all of it. Iona opened her eyes just in time to see a pole, but not enough time to change directions. Once again, she fell to the ground in pain. Iona rubbed her head, hoping her bloody nose wouldn't start up again. Iona hugged herself, wishing her mom was there to reassure her, and her dad was there to give her advice..... Iona let a tear slip down her cheek. "why....why me?" she whispered, forgetting about the twins and guys from earlier.

Ari and Bri moved over to the group and around to the other side of Iona "You really should stop running, I doubt any of us want to hurt you" Ari said, glancing from one boy to the other then back to Iona. Bri watched Max quietly for a moment then spoke "Are you alright?" She said then looked to Iona again to include her in the question.

(OH MY GOSH I TOTALLY FORGOT! XD I'm really stupid sometimes.... but in my defense, 6 year olds can be pretty heavy! [I really don't know sorry XD])
Leroyce looked at Iona. "The guards will do everything they can to stop you, if you already didn't know." and he added to himself, and something's wrong, the guards are supposed to make sure that I have a legitimate ID, so if I had snuck out of town, they would have caught me. Leroyce felt bad for landing on Max, but he hadn't landed very hard at all, being in mid roll when he hit him, probably doing no damage, but he still felt bad. Leroyce looked to Bri, "Yeah, sorry, that was my fault, my magic seems to have that effect on everyone if they go through it, entirely." He said, by entirely, he meant their whole body. He turned to MAx a little sheepishly, "Sorry, you really freaked me out."

Iona ignored them, crying softly into her sleeves. After a moment or two she got up and then started to once again walk in the direction of the edge of the city. "i will get out." she said over her shoulder. "don't worry mom, dad, i'll get them back, i promise." she whispered to herself. Iona saw a water bottle on the ground, lid open and some water in it. She tugged the water out of it and drank it from the air. She liked her parlor tricks, but she didn't like to show anyone her serious ability. She could bend water to her will, her favorite one was to make a water snake, cause when it hissed, it would spit water out. Iona gave a small smile to herself, off in her own little world.

(sorry it took me so long! i accidentally fell asleep!!! )

Bri looked up at the clouds and brought a band of water down to hold it in front of Iona. They had similar main talents. She moved then to go and get in front of Iona again "I knew it" She said softly, having watched her trick with the water "Please stop running away from us. We don't mean you any harm. We just wanted to offer you a place to stay for the night. We sneak out of here sometimes to go into the forest and can show you how tomorrow, if you want" She said then glanced to Ari when she came up to join her.

(Is it really that simple to get out of the city?)
Leroyce looked around, how in the world did he get himself into this mess? He frowned thoughtfully, Iona may be determined, but so were the guards; it may not be a cakewalk to get out. What was she thinking? But he was also glad that Bri and Ari were lending a bit of logic to Iona. He blinked, and turned, walking towards where the house for farmers staying in the city overnight was. He was getting tired, he had traveled a long way, he didn't want to get tangled into some stuff randomly happening at midnight. If it were something illegal, like leaving the city, then they would learn of his powers if they were caught. His mind flicked back to the guard, maybe they already did know of them.
(It is logical., if they don't really want people out, there's really no reason for the inn, but farmers bringing in their crops may need a place to stay in the city.)

Iona gave them a small smile, "thanks, but i must refuse." she said, a bit of pain in her voice. ":it's dangerous for you to even be talking with me out in the open like this. Im a wated fugitive for some reason..." she said, she moved the water out of her way and continued to walk, not giving a second glance. The twins were nice, but she didn't want what happened to her to happen to their parents or even them because they were harboring a criminal. She still had no idea why they were after her, or why she was wanted. Before that night, she was an average student with a few talents for math and science. She had friends, and she smiled and laughed. So what had she done wrong. She intended to find out, but for now it was better if she just left, and waited till things died down a little bit.

Ventus was in a black hovervan, accompanied by two armed men. "Here." he said. They got out and started toward the building.

Rick was awakened by the squeaky front door opening. Were her parents home already? She glanced at a clock. No, their shift was far from over. But maybe they forgot something here? Curious, she put on her boots to protect her feet from the cold tile and quietly crept out of her room to see whet was the matter. She stopped herself when she saw two unfamiliar men in her house. She hid to see why they were there. As the two men went fully into the room, she saw there was a third, smaller figure. "Upstairs," it said, "She's upstairs." Her heart pounded so hard in her chest thag she could've sworn that they knew she was hiding there. Are they looking for... me?

Ven watched the men go up the stairs in front of him. They turned around to look at him. "Aren't you coming?" He responded with a look like, Are you insane? "That witch could be dangerous!" The men sighed. "Suit yourself, then" As doon as they couldn't see downstairs anymore, he walked over to where she was hiding.

"How-" Ricky started but was shushed by a hand on her face. She struggled until she read a note he was holding up. "Shhhh. I'm bugged." Realization dawned on her and she stopped struggling. He took his hand away and held up another sign. "You need to get out of here. The city." A paper was shoved in her hand and he pushed her out the open front door like, Run. As she turned around at him, she saw under the black robe blue eyes and a familiar face. Ven? She then turned and ran.

Footsteps sounded, quickly descending the stairs. "Hmmm, there's nobody there. Are you lying to us, boy?" a dangerous weapon was held up to the unwilling associate's head. "No, no, I'm not. The witch lives here. She was definitely here recently." he tried to back away from them but was restrained. "You tricked us. You let her go. You idiot! You really thought you could trick us, but you can't!" The butt of a gun was brought to the base of his neck, rendering the boy unconscious.

Leroyce arrived at the house, there wern't any farmers here. According to his dad, it was only busy in the fall when most crops had been harvested. He shrugged off his pack, holding money and saffron, and put it under a bed. Looking around, he began to wonder what else he had to do, he felt restless, he couldn't sleep.
