Welcome to the thread! As far as we can tell Skyline poultry in Tenesseee is "it" in the US. I am starting breeder list on the Euskaloilois.com site to help people looking but just have one for US and one for Canada. I know there are more in Canada, just need to email them and ask if they want to be on. The breed overwinters in Alberta, Saskatchewean and Manitoba just fine, I think a lot of people heat the coop to above freezing there.
I think we would have a similar climate to you here, cold and snowy, by water and they tend to stay inside in the colder months, Nov to March. The roos can lose comb points to frost, the first one ever did it this last winter. My barn is not heated and the two Euskal roos that were in the open downstairs of my bank barn, the one nearer the open doorway, where temps would be closest to the outside (and we got to -30*C at time-was a really cold one for us) was the one that lots his points. He was in the breeding pen and it didn't slow him down. I guess just take the usual care you would with single combed breeds. The other roos is three and has been downstairs in that barn every winter, away from t he door and he is just fine.
