I'll try to take some updated pictures of the chicks hatched from MD's flock. They are cute little buggers.
I took a few pictures today. I sold my really dark guy and the odd one with the beard. I'm going to hang onto Mr. Pink here. He's the best I've got, although he's got too much black in his hackles and chest and is really much darker than I'd like overall. He was tiny in the beginning but has ended up with the most even, stout width.

My rw cockerel was actually the biggest of my Skyline hatch group. He's going in Craigslist now, but if anyone has a use for him, let me know.

The pullets are nearing point of lay. They are 22 weeks old (Easter Hatch). The white-legged girl definitely looks more developed... perhaps too developed. Her comb and wattles are the same size as the cockerel, and look at the other pullet in the background. Do you think I might have a hermaphrodite, MD?
