I made these worms from jello!! Got a great response from everyone!!

This is the pumpkin I carved yesterday. And that's all I did yesterday. I was pooped!(from the party) I love carving pumpkins! With a stencil of course!!

How fun!! Raymond is gone on his cruise and I feel blue about Halloween. Your pictures made me smile! Thanks for sharing!

I wasn't going to carve this year with him being gone. We of course live in the country and nobody sees our Jacko lanterns, so every year we all 3 carve then take them to my MIL house so she can display them. Well they leave for a vaction on wed!

However after seeing yours, I just might do it anyway. DH has to work that day, so maybe I will have the house decorated with them when he gets home. Then the next day they can be chicken treats.

I did a witch one year stirring a cauldron. It has smoke wisping up and fire under the pot. It was really cool. I have 4 pumpkins left from this weekend. I am going to make pumpkin butter out of most of it. But if I can find the copy of that stencil, I think I'll carve another one. I make copies of all the good stencils and keep them. I am going to be alone on Halloween too. My DH is going to work on a heat pump up by Michelle in Milan and staying the night. We don't get trick or treaters way out where we are anyway. Alone time is good but Halloween???? I must remember to tell the DH that the dog is staying home with me!!!!!!!!!!!!

charmed--thanks for sharing the pics! I am glad the day turned out so well! Destiny and I are in the mood to carve too. We just haven't went out to get the pumpkins yet. We haven't decided what we are going to carve into ours, gotta sort through the stencils and pick something. We have spent the afternoon working on our Halloween thing this weekend.

Man..do we all live out in the middle of no where? We live so far out we dont get anyone either!!! I didnt carve with the girls this year-my SIL did it all First year I never did it but Im a basic wonder you know the circles for eyes and crooked teeth thing..LOL

We are trying to find pumpkins. Of course, we wait until the last moment and are having trouble finding some. Usually there are people who park on Ninth Street to sell them, but we forgot until our way home and no one was there by then. I am going to go out in a little bit to see if we can find someone. We used to print pics off the internet to use as stencils also. One year the boys made one of the naked lady on the mud flaps. Obviously Destiny and I want to look for a good Mizzou one to use!

We don't ever get trick or treaters either. There are very few kids around and they all go to town to get the good stuff! That is why I enjoy our thing at the station every year. I really hope it goes well since we are making it bigger this year!

We are on a Stephen King movie watching spree again. Anyone else a big fan? I have seen them all, but I can watch them over and over again! Sunday night we watched Rose Red and last night was The Diary of Ellen Rimbauer.

So, one of our sales people, Jerry had a stroke last week. He woke up Friday morning and is blind in one eye. Tests show stroke. He is still in the hospital. So that leaves 2 of us and the owner to take care of business around here.

Raymond and I LOVE Rose Red. I haven't seen all of his movies, but a lot of them. My EX owns every book he ever wrote. In fact my Aunt says my EX kind of looks like him!!

Michelle I have 8 pumpkins sitting here that I grew. You come get them and there yours! (see what I did there, trying to trick you into coming to visit

)

It is 31 this morning. We are could get some snow, at the very least some rain.
