had a great weekend with DH. Trying to back it down a notch and regroup. Don't want to go too fast and end up where I was (NEVER AGAIN!!!!).

Rain what is that? We are on our third day of 102 with a heat index of 105 106. Dry Dry Dry.... and we have been over 95 for the last three weeks. And when it does look like rain it turns into a wind storm. I have trees down, my outdoor furniture is blown across the yard. Limbs everywhere. Plus my blood pressure does not handle storms well so I am a basket case. Bessy and Critter are getting tired of me dragging them into the closet...

Today is the day to quit smoking! It is the Summer solstice! The time for new beginnings! That is why I quit today a year ago! It helps...really! Come on you guys. Just do it! No planning...just throw away the rest of the cigs you have and say No more!! Rah Rah Rah!!!
