Oh I was so happy I got my first egg. But I had church so no time for pics, but I am back now. I would like to introduce you all to my first egg from my girl Hilda.

LOL...Im done and pooped we also have people checking into the cabin next door tomorrow so Dh and I were over there scrubbing toilets and such my favorite when its not my bathroom mess hahaha-

Thats good news! A little extra$ never hurts. DH worked over time last week. We have a propane bill to pay

The good news is one day of over time will cover a little more than half.

We still ha vent gotten snow. They keep predicting it but I think it is all being "shipped" to your state! It is suppose to be pretty cold this week though.

The train was running late yesterday. Only about 2 1/2 hours! Oh well, he's home

We stopped for Chinese and got home about 8.

Do any of you watch that 70s show? Raymond got season 1 for Christmas so we have been. It is pretty cute. But then again it doesn't take a whole lot to entertain me!!

Jazzy, I got your shoes!! They had 1 pair in your size and they were white even!! Just PM me your address and I will mail them to you tomorrow or wed (soon as I get to town

I am back with another

for rirluvr and the beautiful first egg! Congrats!!

Happy belated New Year to everyone! I had a great weekend of pigging out and working on a puzzle, football and playing Wii!! I got home from Tonna's, put on my pjs and finally showered and changed pjs yesterday evening! Life was good! (well except for that stupid football game New Year's eve that we won't even talk about)

Actually not so good. We got word on Friday that Tonna's sister in law's cancer has come back. She is in her early 30s and was in remission from Hodgkin's Lymphoma for almost a year. She now has AML which was caused by the chemo cure from HL.

IF she makes it through the next 5-6 weeks of treatment (big if) she will need another stem cell transplant only this time it will have to be from a donor and not from herself. I don't understand all the medical stuff, but I know it is really serious and she has 2 young girls at home that just want their mommy. I am asking for some prayers and above all, a miracle. Not a good way to start the year.

I could actually stand on my porch and hear charmed screaming at me yesterday morning because of all the snow! We just got a "skiff" but I think she got a bit more than that. And more coming Wednesday? It is bone chilling cold here with it being -7 and supposed to be -20 to -25 by Friday morning I think. I will take several feet of snow over all the cold temps, but I send warm hugs to charmed for us to make it through the week!!

Michelle I am so sorry to hear about Tonnas SIL. Be sure and give Tonna hugs for me.

Raymond's friends Mom has cancer too. She has been fighting it since the boys were in the first grade, so the whole time I have known her. It just breaks my heart to think what kids go through when they see their parent so sick. I will be praying for her and her family.

I shouldn't have bragged about not getting any snow yet. It started snowing when I took Raymond to the bus stop and hasn't stopped yet. It isnt coming down heavy though. Hubby called and said we have blizzard warnings in effect until 11 tonight. We still have about 20 above though. It sounds like you are freezing your butt off tho.

I am so glad you had a nice relaxing New Year. Ours was quiet and nice. You inspired me to spend some time playing with our Wii. I have been using the Wii Fit and I am really getting into it! My calf and ab muscles are killing me! Hubby tried the new Wii Sports Resort that we got Raymond for Christmas yesterday. He flies model airplanes so he tried the flying game. He said it was fun. So when we picked up Raymond we told him we had been playing his Wii. "No fair! When I ask you to play you say NO we don't play video games! Then I leave and you play!!""

So I have a feeling we will be playing after school today!
