umm no we havent done ours from last year yet

Good Morning! It is dreary here too. Suppose to be in the 50's today and 60s tomorrow and Thurs. I just wish the rain would stop for alittle bit! It is so muddy at my place it looks like I'll never get to till my garden, let alone plant anything! My DD works in a daycare. They are going to do a month long study about farm animals. They are buying 25 eggs to put in a bator. Anyone know what they mean by laying eggs? Evidently Orschlens sells laying eggs, meat eggs and Rhode Island Red eggs. I told them to buy the laying eggs as I already have RIRs and dont want meat chickens for my days of slaughter are over. Oh...did I say they are giving me the chicks once they are hatched? I will have some little fuzzy butts running around!

We haven't talked about it much, I know we all miss her. Her and Frank were the very 2 first birds we ever got. We had been up to Tonna's for the 4th of July and Des and I decided we wanted one, she said we had to take two. We waited until the next day when everyone was sober, still wanted them and got everything set up and brought them home! Enough about that!

Did you hear we might get snow this weekend and really cold?

Then back to around 60 next week.

Traci may have gotten the place where they are getting the eggs mixed up but she told me Orschlens. Anyway....I was hoping Gertie would turn back up. Did you ever find any feathers or signs that something got her?

I am so done with this snow!!! You guys can keep it up north if you would please. I am going to sit cross legged on my front porch and channel the sun! Ommmmmmmmmmmmm

You are closer to the "city" so they might have them.

It is still cool that they are going to do that!

Not a sign of Gertie. We even drove around the block and saw nothing, so there isn't much hope!
