hi everyone! It is very hectic here-I already had 2 staff missing today and the 3rd well her DH is very ill and was taken of all meds and machines-she is waiting for him to pass:-( So needless to say yes get your butts here and help me Ill have the Yeungling waiting Ice cold!!!!
 
Oh man Michelle-Im so sorry! Get all your recipets together-print out copies of how much your bird is worth from a dealer/breeder-ask them for quotes?? If it were me I would try and get 40-50$ a piece-even the hurt one-you should get something for-and you need to probably yake to small claims court-do you have a camera? try and get their dog running loose around your property-or off of their property-if their dog attacked the neighbors-try and get copies of those reports for back-up. You cannot claim time off of work I dont think just the loss of the birds-and or the damage the dog did if it "broke into" your runs? Ask the courts to make them put the dog on a leash-or in a sturdy escape proof run?

I am legally challenged so I can't really help you there. All I can say is don't let them get away with this. Especially since this is something that has happened before. Fluff the pillows!!! How fun would that be!?!? Us three together! Of course Michelle would have to bring her petting zoo so we could keep an eye on everyone with wild dogs loose. Wonder how much tickets would cost for that? You got enough pillows, NY?
