I am itching to get out in the garden too. We were sitting here this morning looking at it out the kitchen window. I am going to draw my diagram and shop the Burpee catalog this afternoon!!

Morning!
How is everyone today?
We were kind of busy all day yesterday so I never got the chance to get online. It actually felt hot outside! It is going to be the same today. It is hard to stay in the house when it is so nice out.
We had to go to the farm store for more chicken feed. They are getting to be expensive now that I have so many lol.
They had baby chicks, ducks, and rabbits. It was soooo hard not to buy any of them but since DH was there it was much easier than if I had gone alone. Even lil Isaac wanted one of the rabbits but we are not set up to get any right now and they wanted $9 for them! That is way too expensive compared to the local breeders prices around here. I figured it would be cheaper if I get some after Easter. I found out the owner of the store orders his chicks from Cackel (SP) hatchery.

Chickenchick How is Raymond feeling now? Hope he got over what was making him sick.
I know it had to have been hard not to keep Honey. She looked so sweet.

Michelle, Charmed, and NY and everyone else I forgot.

Thnaks for asking. He is better, still real stuffy and a little tired. He missed Monday, so he only had to go to school tues and wed. Next week they have Monday off and he will miss thursday for his DR appointment. Sheesh!! No wonder he can't get better grades, he is never there. My in-laws asked us to ride with them some time in April to see Kennys sister in WA. I wanted to go SO bad. She is such a neat gal and we only see each other every other summer. However it would mean Raymond would miss a whole week and I just can't do that. Although it didn't stop his Dad from taking him out for 6 days to go on a cruise in November

We took Raymond to the half way point to meet his Dad last night. I haven't heard from him yet. I hope he is taking it easy and his Dad gives him some TLC and cold medicine

I really did want to keep Honey

How is Isaac these days? I am sure he has grown since the last pic you posted

2 kinds of peas
2 kinds of spinach
cucumbers
Pumpkins
Zucchini
Spaghetti squash
We will buy seed potatoes, onions and tomato plants locally. We planted horseradish last year and are crossing our fingers that it comes up

Ummm, we kinda attempted a garden last year with some success. We grew carrots for the guinea pig, tomatoes for the ducks and geese and corn, cucumbers & mush melon for the chickens. They were all very gracious to share some of it with us. My green beans didn't grow worth a darn! I don't know if Colton will till a garden again this year or not. I do always plant tomatoes, but only me and the waterfowl will eat them.

So, I survived the courthouse and license bureau and finally got plates for my truck!

It will now be next week before we get the tires on it and it aligned. Hubby drove it to town this morning for inspection and has driven it all day without plates.

I will go visit soon and make him "legal". To top it off, it has an axle seal leak? He will fix that tonight. He said I can drive it short distances with the old tires, but it is in very bad need of alignment! When I was at the license bureau she asked if I wanted "beyond local" tags. I asked what that was (hubby usually takes care of that kind of stuff for me). She said if I was going to travel over 50 miles I needed beyond local. I was like "heck yes!" I immediately thought of traveling to see you guys!

Good to hear Raymond is doing better. Hate allergy cold stuff.

Funny you should mention pictures... I lost my battery charger and all my rechargeable batteries are dead. Too cheap to just buy throw aways lol. Isaac took lots of pics of me today and ran the last batteries down. I was in the kitchen cooking and cleaning and the camera was just flashing away. I always hate to see the pics. he takes of me. lol At least half of them will have his finger right in the middle of it.

I still have some pictures I took of the lil chickies I need to download and share with all yall. Just getting around to it.....
