Poor guy. Mine gets very agitated when he is hurt or sick. I think its a guy thing!

The keets are loving all that space. It is about 4 times the size of the fish tank they were in. I even saw one fly a few times last night

I think we are having storms this afternoon. We were under a tornado watch yesterday afternoon, they canceled it for about 2 hours and put out a severe thunderstorm watch, but we never did get anything. I was holding my breathe that we wouldn't have severe weather during the championship game last night! It is warm, sticky and the wind is really trying to blow in something. The sun is coming and going. Not a good sign. Here's to hoping you don't get anything too wicked.

Oh no! I'm sorry! We got a few snow flurries earlier today but they didn't amount to anything. Stay safe

I made baked tortilla chips and spicy pickled eggs today. Tonight is chicken fajitas with those fresh chips.

Oh and Raymond was so excited this morning. Nathan is supposed to be at school today!

Right now the sun is still shining and it has gotten to 80. Still feels like it is going to bring something in, but maybe we will miss it like we did yesterday.

I have no idea what to fix for supper, I burned the element in half Saturday night in my oven, so I am stovetop cooking until we get that replaced. I still have leftover ham from Easter, so I will figure something out with that again.

Hubby came by after his appointment, he is feeling better, but went back home to rest. I am proud of him, usually he is going at it all the time. He needs to take time for himself!

Good Morning!

I wouldn't think a little chocolate would hurt them. (coming from someone who shares her chocolate with her dog). I wouldn't give them a ton of it, but a little would be fine.

We didn't get any severe weather last night to speak of.

There was some in the area, but I told Tom we were busy from 7-9 and couldn't come in and cover (American Idol was on) so they did just fine without us. (I knew they would). We did get some rain and right after 9 we had a lightning flash out of the blue that kinda startled me. I said something to Des (we were home alone) and she looked at me like I was crazy. Shortly following that was the loudest crack of thunder I had heard in a very long time. It would have also startled me, but Destiny came off the couch and yelled something not so nice Thunder jumped up and started barking like we were all being shot at and all I could do was

I asked her later where she was headed and she said probably the bathroom! I don't think it scared Thunder, I think she did! It was quite the sight!!

Raymond had a great afternoon with Nathan! He was over there until 8 when Kenny came through town. He said they went to the Tastee Freeze for supper. So I assumed Nathans Dad drove them. Nope! Nathan drove his electric wheel chair and Raymond limped along side

He said they would be side by side then Nathan would speed up and laugh telling Raymond to catch up! He was very happy to see he was still fun loving Nathan. He said he was really careful not to shove the straw up Nathans nose. He said when ever he took a bite of his burger Nathan would say, I'm next ya know

So He asked Raymond to feed him lunch today. He plans on spending some time over there this weekend too. He said they gave Nathan his little sisters main floor bedroom and put a big flat screen TV on the wall! Maybe he will want to move in and help take care of Nathan!!

Raymond Neurologist appointment is tomorrow. You all now I am a sissy about driving in the city
