Like the other girls said NO! You are not the only one. I am a year older than you and am in the same leaky boat as you! We have been trying desperately to pay of CC bills incurred when DS got hurt, not to mention medical bills, and yes it has been 2 years and we are still under water! Things get better, then one of us has to go to the DR or a pet get sick or its time to buy propane or (like last week) the gauges go out in the pickup. So we will be making payments to the mechanics(thank God for small town courtesy) for 6 months!
When I moved here I owned a home in a town 2 hours away. It has been on the market now for over a year and a half. We finally had to rent it because paying the utilities on it was just more than we could do. We didn't want to rent it out as we had just filled it with 11 thousand dollars of new paint, carpet and vinyl flooring! Which of course we had to borrow to be paid back when the darn thing sells.
