Your supper last night sounds great! I made Orange Chicken for the first time last night. Thanks to Charmed for the recipe!

Tonight is chicken fajitas.

So I just came back from a run. I checked my phone and see Raymond called me from school. I listened to the message, he was mumbling so bad that I could not understand a word he said

So I figure, oh oh, what did he do know?

So I called the office and explained, she said well I am not sure let me find him. A few minutes later he gets to the phone. What do you need? Are you OK? Yes Mom but you need to talk to the office!

I just had the "office" on the phone. Him "Well you need to tell them my PE clothes were stolen twice! TWICE??!

So I tell the office gal that. She says well the first question is Does he have a lock on his Gym locker? I say No, he can't work a lock.( I then gave her a minute to let it register that a kid with one hand may not be able to work a combination lock

) I then reminded her that his regular locker is fixed so it won't lock for that reason. I don't really expect anything to be done about it. But Raymond is pretty sure who took his clothes this last time. They were there, then he turned around and they were gone off of the bench, I mean come on, they were probably filthy enough, but I am sure they did not walk off on their own!

Go up to the school and kick some tooshy, Mom! I have a story to tell you all about my granddaughter and her school but it's going to have to wait until tomorrow. Gotta go pick up DD's van before the Mr Fixit place closes!! Have a great evening everyone!!!

I am glad to know your school office people are about as smart as ours. I agree with charmed to kick some butt. Again, unacceptable that this is going on at the school. Maybe you should talk to the coach and tell him what you think is going on and who is doing it. Then again, if his clothes are like Colton's, they may have walked off on their own!

Raymond did talk to Coach M. I agree though, I will call him myself too. The principal is gone until tomorrow so she was unsure what if anything could be done. It frustrates the hell out of me! You traipse all over the city looking for the "perfect" shorts just to get them stolen by some bully that's too chubby to wear them himself anyway!

There is no doubt they were probably gross enough to walk off on their own

That is a good suggestion about the lock though. Thanks. I don't think most of the kids have locks. WHY would you want someone else's shorts? There are only 2 PE classes and it is such a small school everyone would notice you weren't wearing your own shorts

Guess what guess what!!! I just put (I think) 30 eggs in lock down!!! They were not saposed to go in till tomorrow but one of them had already pipped in the turner so I went ahead and took the turner out and added more water. The nervous watching has begun!! LOL


Will someone PLEASE tell me how to spell the word saposed. I even looked it up in the dictionary or well, tried to look it up but couldn't find it. I normally don't worry too much about misspelled words but that one is buggin the crap out of me and it only got worse when I couldn't find it when I looked it up.

Going to bed now, talk to yall tomorrow afternoon lol.

Good morning!

So ya'll are evening talkers .. I had several pages to catch up on.

Re: Filet = Fill-it ..... that reminds me of my FIL and wine. Merlot is exactly that: Mer-Lot He has some other funny ones too .. I guess DH gets it honest, huh?

And to add to the sad news.. DH met with a friend yesterday that has been battling cancer for several years. They've given him 6 weeks to 6 months to live. He's had some huge anger with God, but last nite, he wanted to talk to DH about this "Jesus" .. I feel so bad for him. He knows his body is giving out .. has 3 small kids ..

Enough of that.

A little about me. I'm Debbie. We're building a house on 5.2 acres in Montgomery County Texas (see my sig line) .. and are ALMOST FINISHED ..

I have 4 adult chickens .. and 18 5-weekers ..

Last nite, I turned the little guys out with the big guys for the first time .. they were so funny. Flying out of the pen running around like crazy and then realizing that they were OUT .. and ran back in the pen like lightning ..

they were really cute.

I got some pics .. if I get them uploaded, I'll share.
