You two are so sweet! and funny It went just fine. Kenny needs to relax and trust me once in a while:cool Whoever did his before always had him paying in. I convinced him to try H & R Block 2 years ago. He was hooked. However this year we made more in rent and had less deductions. He even had me worried. Turns out we got enough to pay off more bills than we thought

I know people that go buy a different car or a big screen TV but we always have bills to pay

Oh well! It all works out! Last year he took a little and ordered some things from Victoria Secret for me

You can tell we have been married awhile, this year he is ordering some things for his RC plane hobby

I hope you all had a great day! I have missed you the past 2 days. I am meeting two old friends in a tiny town half way between theirs and mine. At first it was just the one gal but she is bringing a friend of ours now. I think I told you about the lady whose husband passed away. She is coming too. These are both older women that took 20 year old me under their wing in a new job and taught me SO much. I am really excited to see them both.

We had our Corned beef, cabbage and potatoes tonight. We even played a few games of Scrabble Slam!

charmed--I have been crappy the last few days about getting on and posting myself. I promise I will do better! I just get distracted too easily!!

Well, Tonna got the call to go to the hospital to see Brandi last night. It isn't looking good at all. She is supposed to call me in a little bit and give me details. She didn't get home until 1:30 am and was at her Dad's with "little ears" around when I called this morning. Before she went she told me Brandi's potassium is really high, she is turning yellow and has so many sores in her mouth she hadn't been able to eat for about a week or so. Her white blood count is also really low. Just please keep sending up your prayers guys! It has helped so far!

Today is the day Orscheln's gets in their new shipment of birds.

That they have little duckies for us to bring home and love. The little turkeys are really growing! Destiny called me yesterday to tell me they are trying to fly out of the brooder. She could see their little heads peek up over the edge of the tub! I got home and saw it, it made me so nervous I made Thunder go outside until the boys brought in wire to put on top. I kept telling Colton he needed to, but what does mom know?

Then at bedtime they were in there going nuts, just chirping and scratching at the bottom of the brooder. One would get excited and scratch and the rest would join in! I was like

until I realized what was going on. There is raised lettering on the bottom and they thought they found treasure and was pecking at it! I finally got them settled, spread the chips back over it and they all passed out immediately! It really wore them out because I literally didn't hear a peep all night long!

Michelle you send Destiny our way for some game time! Raymond loves to play games, he really doesn't care what it is, he just likes everyone to be together. I was single most of his young childhood so it became a routine to play games in the evening.

Your turkey babies sound just so sweet.

I am so sorry to hear the news about Brandi. I was really hoping things would turn around for her. Her and her family are in my prayers.

I hate to admit but yes I will be gone again today!

I hope Charmed doesn't come after me! Wait yes I do. She can bring Michelle and Destiny and we can play Scrabble!

My wonderful hubby ordered me one of each of the new BYC mugs!

Actually, Thunder really doesn't notice the babies unless we get one out for him to see. But, I knew if one flew out and landed on the floor, he would have it before we could even react. I still need to take pics!! It has just been another busy week for us. Maybe

we will have little duckie pics to show off too!

The kids and I like to play board games and cards too. Hubby is a big baby about it, so we don't let him play most of the time!

I think I told you that Des goes to the Senior Center once in a while and plays Scrabble with the ladies out there. Our boss also likes to play, so she will sit down with him once in a while too. I am not very good and she kicks my butt every time, but I will play it once in a while. We go through different spells on what we want to play.

You are not going to believe the conversation Kenny and i just had! I have wanted to try Guineas for a while now. And of course you all know I have been dying to plug in the bator, so.............. this morning he says why don't you incubate guinea eggs this time

then he proceeds to tell me what he is going to do as far as housing and stuff! If I remember right Michelle is the only one of us who has them, is that right? Michelle would you have some fertile eggs you would be willing to sell me

It would be so neat to have some Missourians running around the yard!! Of course i would have tons of questions I am sure, but I promise to TRY not to drive you crazy

I am so excited

My goal is to have just a few free ranging around here. They would have a coop but be free to roam. Is this how you raise yours? Oooo! Fill me in on how you do it.

They lay seasonally? Is that right? Is it that season? I have been reading on BYC and I think I understood that most peoples are laying now.
