Who are your favorite country singers?

I pretty much like about all country music. Thank goodness. It is my job, my life! We saw Jake Owen in concert last month and he was really good. Love and Theft was with him and they still need some work. Taylor Swift holds a soft spot with me. She is a really really sweet girl!

Wow, you went to a concert! Last time I went to a concert, it was about 5 years ago and the guy was local.

Like I told you, we got a new dryer Saturday. Mine has had issues and has been hanging on by a prayer so hubby finally took time to look at it Saturday. He drug it out to the garage, tore it apart, found the problem, but in small town USA it is hard to find parts, so it had to be ordered. Therefore, Saturday morning, laundry piled, raining and no dryer. We decided to search for a good used one but again, small town USA so we got an inexpensive new one at Lowe's. Came home, installed it, he went back out to the old one and did something to it, put it back together and it works.

The bright side is that now I will have 2 and get my laundry done faster than I used to. We spent the rest of the afternoon (after Mizzou football) watching movies. We saw Last Song, Date Night, Letters to Juliet and Killers. They were all really good.

Sunday was lazier, filled with football. I finally had a good night at bowling and then a trip to Wal Mart to buy out the store for senior supper for Thursday!

Me too! Oh, and I did weigh on Friday. I stayed the same. So, no gain no loss. I am afraid of how I did over the weekend though!

Destiny and I both work in radio. We have a classic country station and a hot new country station. I am in sales and she is a DJ, board operator, records ads, whatever we need her to do. We have seen those already mentioned and Jason Aldean, Bombshel and Craig Morgan. Destiny has seen Carrie Underwood. Who have I forgotten Des? Destiny has also got to talk to Taylor Swift on a phone interview and got to sit in on a live interview in her tour bus and take pics. It was a really neat day!
