He can't move his left shoulder without terrible pain. He is moving his left leg better than last night. His chest hurts. He has an air pocket between his lung and chest cavity that is causing pressure that they are also monitoring. Lindsey has major facial injuries, jaw wired shut, in ICU sedated. The driver, Stephanie was taken to KU with broken back and shoulder, collapsed lung and tear on her liver.

Oh my goodness! Those poor kids. I was hoping you'd say it was something "simple" as far as car accidents go. If you end up over here, let me know. I can offer a place to rest, at least, and some simple meals - can always throw something in the crockpot, at least.

Those kids are all so lucky to be alive. Usually when a car tangles with a semi, the semi wins

Right after DH and I got together he was the first one to come up on an accident early one morning. A couple with a baby hit a semi head on, she was dying when DH walked up to her, the man was in the passenger seat just coming to. Kenny had no idea there had been a baby in that backseat, the car was crushed. He heard on the news that there had been a baby there when he was there. Only the man survived.

I can't imagine how scared those poor kids were and probably still are. My heart goes out to all of you
