You are right, eerie is the word I have been trying to come up with since yesterday!! I kept saying spooky but knew that wasn't what I was trying to say. If I know my boy he will be silent about it for a few days, then when it is just him and I he will ask a few questions and we will talk it out. He had a few things come back to him when we were on the road but it was just a few things that happened before the accident. I was just praying that this wasn't a mistake and it wouldn't all come flooding back when he saw the site. Some things are better off forgotten, if you know what I mean.

How is Colton this morning? Oh and how much did you get done on your kitchen? Any pics?

Hi everyone -- it's a Monday around here.

had a good weekend, time to myself, went to a craft festival -- it was fun. went antiquing. love it! Sunday was quiet, worked in the yards, cooked a pot of spaghetti and made egg plant Parmesan (I bake the egg plant vs. frying it) -- awesome if I do say so myself.

Tanya sounds like you had a good weekend. I know that had to be hard for y'all to go back to the scene. I hope it helped in some way.

Michelle, wish I could watch FB again, my weekends are always so busy -- I miss my Georgia Bulldogs and Florida State games.

It is beautiful here today as it was the whole weekend. I am leaving for lunch here shortly, plan to make it a long one.

i was picked up once by a Chippendale -- he carried me across the stage. I was so embarrassed -- but it was funny -- I was getting up to go to the bathroom and he said you aren't going anywhere -- and grabbed me and danced across the stage with me. This was in 1980 I think.

As long as Raymond will talk about it, I think it will be okay and more than likely good for him. It is hard enough with Colton dealing with the wreck he was in, I feel for Raymond after all he has went through!

Colton is getting along pretty good although he moped around Saturday whining about how bored he is because he can't do anything. He was bored. Saturdays are his busy days. He spent most of the day with Lindsie Friday and Sunday.

I got quite a bit done on the kitchen, but not enough for pics yet. I picked up the paint last night at Lowe's and picked out several different things I would like to have. I am thinking of replacing my stainless steel sink. What does everyone have for their sink and do they like it? We also got a new shower head. It felt wonderful this morning! Oh, and the colors we want for the living room jumped out at us, so we brought home the samples so we wouldn't forget what it was!
