Ever feel lonely when you dont have any PM's waiting for you?

Oh man it's smelling so gooddddd... D: I stretched out the beef with a heap of lentils and used red wine from the mountain we got engaged on. The beef is from the farm, as well. I forgot the cow's name though. I used beef stock from the same cow too. P: My husband used this epic sweet potato we harvested and some regular potatoes from the farm and made the topping. I got like 5 lettuces and nostursiums (sp?!) in the salad with boiled eggs from my chickens...

I feel like the most spoiled foodie EVER.

I use 1 part tarragon vinegar and 2 parts macadamia oil (but I love vinegar so do 1:3 if you don't like it)
Tablespoon or two lavender mustard (or a chunky mustard, but this is what we have haha)
1 garlic clove, minced
Fresh salt (I use pink himalayan) & pepper to taste

Sometimes I squeeze some lemon into it but it doesn't really need it. I love it and so does everyone else. Different, unique and delicious!

sounds delish!!
