Ever feel lonely when you dont have any PM's waiting for you?

Poor Thunder, losing his man hood tomorrow! Hey do you think that would work on a human male too

Do they relax and shut up if you neuter them??!! LOL!

Nat and Quiet, Thanks for the well wishes. I am much better now, just tire out easy. I'm taking some extra vitamins, well not really extra beings I normally don't take any at all. But Kenny bought me some powdered drink vitamin stuff and gave me strict instructoins to drink it!

I did find the energy to use my new carpet shampooer on saturday morning. It worked awesome! Kenny got a work bonus, paid off propane and bought the shampooer. Bonus

Busy weekend .. we had beautiful weather.

We went to a Cowboy Mounted Shooting competition on Saturday - a friend of mine was competing thre. ( http://www.acmsa.com/diana olson.htm ) .. then to lunch/dinner at Olive Garden .. then we came home and burned.

Sunday was more cleaning and burning .. killed a coral snake (currently have his skin drying on a board) .. and then took the bikes for a spin into town and about ...

It was nice to spend the weekend end with (and getting along with) DH .. I feel loved.

Sounds like you had a great weekend too! I loved the cowboy mounted shooting we went to last year. It was the first time I had ever been to one!

The neutering didn't do much for my hubby.

I meant to ask, what kind of baby chicks did you get?

Shudder @ the snake skin!

Nero sends Thunder his wishes for a speedy recovery! He said it really wasn't so bad. Of course Thunder "is" older and larger... Nero suggests avoiding licking back there for a while and asking the vet for many treats...

Haven't time to read the rest of the posts. I'm racing the clock. This week so far, I have:

Saturday: Much outdoor work. Garden prep. Planted berries. Tomato Cages & beanpoles in the ground ready. Flowerpots all moved from workshop to their container garden location. All flowerpots dumped, soil mixed & freshened, pots refilled. All herbs potted up. All but 3 houseplants repotted. Seedlings started. Critter care.

Sunday: Some housework done. Fireplace enjoyed. 9 hours of grading done. Critter care...but not the cages yet. Stuff I'm forgetting, too...

Today so far: 4 hours of grading already this morning. Cursed the 6 inches of snow in my yard repeatedly.

Still to go today: As much housework as I can cram in during the next 10 or so hours. Critter care.

I still have 3 stacks of grading (maybe 15-20 hours) to do, too. I don't know when, though...by next Monday...

What do you do with it?

Well, if it is pliable when we're done, we can make a hatband out of it (or have one made) .. but we'll probably just mount it on a board, label it, and display it somewhere in the house .. ??

Kinda cool.. he was pretty good size for a coral snake .. and they can be deadly.
