Robin, even if I don't post, I check this thread just about every day. Some days get too busy so I don't but most times I take a few mins. every day to see what everyone is up to. I am the same way though. I have lots to tell sometimes but don't cuz I feel like sometimes I am talking to air too lol.

Just checked my eggs, several have cracks or pips!

I set 42 eggs 20 something days ago and after about 8 hours at 100 a REALLY big storm hit (lost part of our back porch from the tornado that came close by here) and we lost power for 10 hours. Temps. dropped to 80 so I tossed the eggs and started over. Now the new eggs are the ones that are pipping!

Good Morning! I am around. Just a whole lot going on. Colton graduates Sunday, Destiny's birthday is tomorrow. We are settling in new bunnies. It is never ending!

Im in here in heart and soul Work sucks and it doesnt look like it will be getting better anytime soon-wrapping up end of school year lots of activites-softball has begun-20 year old nephew living with me!

Love him to death but hope he truly realizes that living with me is his last chance at being babied and getting it together for the real world. he can't live me forever and he has no where else to go cause he's burned Bridges with his parents-they are still invovled but wont tolerate anything anymore-bravo for them so I took him and gave him his last shot! He is working fulltime for my hubby and doing well 10 days in..Clean and sober ( which was a huge problem) but boy does he need 90 days under his belt before ANYONE will listen to him or take him seriously...

Well, we went to a sale Saturday intending to get a bunny for Des since her guinea pig passed away. Two came out together, only $4 ea so we snatched them both. I believe they are young Californias. They are females named Bernadette and Penny. Then...I noticed them getting ready to bring out a little tiny pure white one and said "that one is mine!" So, we ended up bringing E.B home with us also! He is only 6 weeks old and looks like a New Zealand, but the small feet are throwing me off. I am not very on top of my rabbit breeds!

To avoid getting evicted from my hubby we told him one is for Des, one for Lindsie's graduation gift and one is my Mother's Day gift. He took it much better than I expected! Bernadette and Penny (who are litter mates) stay together in one cage. Bernadette belongs to Des and Lindsie has Penny, but they will stay at our house. E.B. is happily spoiled in his own cage. Maybe Des will wander by and post some pics in a little bit!

We are now contemplating raising a few rabbits.

Yea it's good to see you Nat and Michelle. Tell Des an early Happy Birthday from me.

Nat sorry about the work deal -- never is a good situation when you have to down size. we actually hired our men back on after laying them off for 6 weeks. a 20 year old nephew, hope he gets himself turned around -- clean and sober is a really good start, it's a hard road. keep pushing him Nat, you are great to give him a shot at life.

I am getting to go to the beach for memorial day. we are going to Tybee island Georgia. me and a girl friend. can't wait to get my toes in the sand.

Oh, I got to go see my girls last night. Went out to DH's for a visit and took them some re-fried rice -- I got out of the car and yelled girlie girls and and they all came running -- it was so fun to see them. DH has been taking good care of them.

I get to hire an assistant, my boss told me this morning we can try it for the summer and if it works we can hire her full time permanent. Oh that is going to be so nice to have someone to help me out. hopefully i can find a real enthusiastic young lady to help.
