Ever had wild ducks take up with your domestic ducks?

We have Hooded Mergansers and Wild Mallard that come and visit our mixed flock on the pond.
I love to see the wild ducks visiting

Dos is really pretty, I hope you enjoy his company.

Though you can supply him some minnows or other foods that diving ducks like, I wouldn't do that because it might either make him dependent on you or cause him to get aggressive towards you demanding food. He might just stick around anyway and you can get to know each other and enjoy each others company.
