My wife and I purchased our first four little gals, each a different breed, from a farm that can only be described as location set in the world of HBO's True Detective. Super creepy.

Anywho - we love our eight week old girls and couldn't be happier with their growth and health. Trouble is I haven't the foggiest as to their breeds. Hopefully you cats can be of some assistance.

Best,

Chad

Our mother hen on the pecking order's highest rung is Carolyn.
She is super inquisitive, gentle and loves to interact with us.
Love her puffy cheeks

This lovely lady is Gladys, also inquisitive but not as quick to interact with us, but when she does it's all love.

Mary is a gorgeous strong willed girl.

Linda has fancy feathered feet and is a runner, never really wanting to interact with us - definitely on the bottom rung

Don't have cable, sorry.. Lovely birds, whole body shots are best for guessing breeds. Even so, from those pictures I'd say they're all mixed or crossbreds. Feather leg one probably cochin cross/mix if only because that's one of the most common feather leg breeds.

Agree body shots would help narrow things down breed wise, at least give guesses of the mixes involved. But, it's probably a moot point as those are all cockerels. Sorry.
