EVery man Does It Once

If it can't be washed in cold and hung to dry without too many wrinkles (I don't iron unless it is a wedding) then it does not belong here. LOL - though I must admit, new bright clothes get special washing until they bleed out everything there is to bleed out. :)

I stopped ironing the day i received my discharge (unless I'm really trying to impress my DW)

The last new clothes I "bought" came free with purchase of a 12 pack!

Poor wife has bout given up on taking me into public.

It's not just men. My DD turned all her whites grayish blue for a while. I don't let my guys touch the laundry after my DH did it once. All in at once and no sorting. Ugh!

Been there, done that, and I'm sure it will happen again.

I like it when I forget to empty my pockets and the washer is filled
with confetti or ink from a pen. Awe heck, that's what the lint filter in
the dryer is for.

My husband and son only had pink socks to wear for quite some time. Nobody to yell at but my son himself. He thought it would be fine to throw "just one shirt" into the load of whites I was washing. His red shirt.

My DH turned his bvd's pink while I was in the hospital. two days after I came home he told me I must have done it. I might have thought I was sick enough and believed him if it wasn't for the grin on his face.

First I love a man who wears pink!!! My DH looks fabou in pink (blond hair blue eyes.... oooo!)

He once washed a pair of silk slacks, naturally part of one of my suits! But, he felt SO guilty I got several suits out of the "but honey I am trying to find a suit to replace the one you ruined!"

Those were the days when my clothes actually mattered to me and weren't covered in jelly. (I stood up to teach class yesterday and discovered a big glob of jelly right at the point on my waist were my 6 year olds face reaches!

Well at least it is proof I got my morning hug! - and her face was clean when she left for school!

My hubby is one of those that does household chores badly on purpose so he won't have to do them.

He's really, really smart and really stealthy, so I can't prove it, but I can't understand how a man with 2 college degrees in technical fields can't figure out a WASHING MACHINE!

Thanks for the rant!

(To be fair, I'm a SAHM, so the household stuff really is my job anyway
