Can someone tell me what kind of pigeon he is? I have had him about a week when should I let him out and what should I do for him.

If I could see a better picture I could tell, but right off the top it looks like a oreantial frill blueette with bar. Some are blondetts some stencil markings and so on. Look up oreantil frills on Google.

I would say ya have a ash brown carrying bar. The breed looks to be a mookie.

It is a Mookie, they are my best parents. They have 2 new babies they hatched yesterday. Unlike the Parlour and Modena that have yet to successfully hatch anything.
Working on new lofts to see if that will help.
