In answer to your question... YES. Males will feed and care for the previous batch until they are able to take care of themselves... and the male will also brood the eggs of the new batch. The females usually ignore the first batch babies once she has her new eggs.

If a pigeon is a pouter or cropper thay should puff out there craw or chest. Called "blowing" if you want to show your birds at a pigeon show. This picture is of my champion horseman pouter.the bigger the globe the better.

I'm not sure about weight but they are a little wider.

Mostly the burmigham rollers are smaller then a racing homer.
GoldenFlight the birds in the pic on your ID is that a capuchine?
