Eek, yeah. That looks bad.

Hm. Is it pinkish colored if you wipe some of it with a napkin? If so, I've seen that before. Just keep wiping it out until the hatch is over or you don't see it anymore. I wouldn't use bleach or any cleaner while the eggs are still incubating though.

Aw, thanks!
It's yellowish brown.
I can use my non toxic incubator sanitizer to clean it out.
I never use bleach, anyways.

You're welcome.

I am assuming you are finished with your hatch. I saw another message where you said the egg turner had failed. If their is some residue on the motor of the turner, wipe with paper towel. If there is a residue then it is grease and I would clean with a mild bleach solution.

If your hatch isn't finished, I wouldn't bleach it until after the process was complete. Maybe use a mouth wash / water mix in the meantime.

I have Pure Green 24 for my incubator since it's not harmful.

Eggs are on day 7, so not done with my first hatch.

Oh ok! That should be fine to use then.
It uses Silver Ions.

I just wanted to know if I should wait, or go ahead, & clean it out. There's not a whole lot of stuff in there, so it shouldn't take anymore then a few minutes. But I have to do it later.

I would remove the eggs, clean it quick, and then re-place the eggs inside. They will be totally fine to cool a bit.
