thats exactly correct!!! i think.... i just want them to lay eggs, i am willing to try anything at this point. but it all started with me being hungry and opening a pack of spoiled dried apricots... lol.

So. Did your chickens get beer last night? Both of my cats are p.o.'d at me - I had to give them oral antibiotics and apparently they don't like the taste.

the chickens were already in bed when i got home last night. stupid daylight savings time. the only time i get to see them is for 10 minutes in the morning and on weekends... they will be getting beer this weekend if i still dont have any eggs... an experiment!!!

I am going through the same thing. I never see them during the week at all. Weekends only. I hate that. I go in there and peek at them, but the roo starts dancing on the roost and wakes them all up so I avoid it - mostly. Sometimes I can't help myself!

my girls are in a tractor right now, and they all smoosh up against the door, so if i peek at them, i risk a whole bunch of chickens tumblings out, lol.
