Ewww, that’s GROSS!!!

Neighbor's yorkie puppy, I think they thought it was a rat "I did too until I saw the pink toenails". Worst Tibetan sky funeral ever! Luckily they only had it a few days so they wern't too attached yet and I got the task of explaining that chickens aren't just into plants and grain.:caf

Ok, you asked for gross......

I used to keep my chickens with my horses and once when I was cleaning one of the horse's sheath, a chicken stood waiting below and ate all the disgusting chunks of smegma I removed..... yes that smelly cheesey stuff that builds up around male horses willies.
You gotta love chickens! :sick

That is GROSS :sick

Man now I feel bad I told ya'll about the puppy. They did get a new dog, a bigger dog. Yes my girls did semi eat a puppy about the size of a squirrel, like I said I highly doubt it registerd as a dog to them they probably thought it was a rat or a squirrel. They chase and will dispatch both if they can catch them. I apologised profusely even though it was in my fence. I still feel terrible about it even though it was a couple years ago.:(

Don't feel bad. It's the reality of owning chickens and the puppy was in your yard. Chickens are predators when you get down to it. I think this surprises people sometimes.
