excessive amount of blood on egg

That is from a 7 month old white leghorn who has been laying for 3 months. On visual inspection of her I see no vent damage and no blood on hiney feathers. On hands on inspection she feels ok, nothing out of whack compared to her 4 sisters. Watching her all day out free ranging she is moving, eating, and playing with no problems. She is pooping no problems and it's not bloody. That is the 3rd bloody egg in 3 days from the same girl.

Mmm i wonder if she has a hernia inside her vent.. Its really odd she had multiple.

I probably would not worry about it unless it becomes an ongoing problem. . Blood smeared eggs can be common in new layers.
