Experience hatching with lingerie bag

could anyone share your experience hatching with a lingerie bag or mesh bag. It is used to divide the eggs in incubator if you have different breeds

Good question. I haven't heard of this so, no, no experience. Where did you hear of it? Do you have a link, it might be an interesting read? I'd be nervous about a chick getting tangled up in it but maybe if the mesh is small enough.

Depending on the type of incubator You can make an open-top basket out of hardware cloth, turn it over, and set it over the eggs to keep breeds apart. I'd use 1/4" or 1/2" hardware cloth, not 1". Some people use those mesh containers you can buy some fruit in. Personally I'd feel more comfortable with this method.
