Does anyone have any idea what breed this is. It is one month old and tiny. It seems very healthy and is extremely active. It scratches with the best of them. You can get an idea how small it is from my hands and the group shot with other one month old bantams.

Serama????

Where did they come from? I don't know of any hatchery that sells seramas..but, he is awfully small and cute as a button :)

He's not very feathered either for a month old...are you sure? If so, he might just be a slow developer...

I got it from McMurray in a bantam assortment. They arrived March 5 so I know it is 1 month old. I was thinking Serema too, but MM doesn't carry them. It isn't feathered out much, but it is very healthy acting. It is an excellent sprinter keeping up with the bigger birds. And what is an oegb??

After doing some reading I do believe those saying Sebright are right. They are small birds. I didn't realize how small. When you are used to heavy layers it seems unnatural :-)
