I have a Rhode Island Red that was doing fine yesterday but is now extremely weak/tired looking. It's been up in the 105 degree zone the past few days and I think that might be the main factor. She layed down in a very tight spot with shade. I found her on the ground and when I picker her up there was an egg under her. my theory after that was she tried to lay an egg and completely exhausted herself. All of my chickens pant (I expect it because of the temperatures) but this specific girl was doing more of a shivering jaw motion. I brought er up to the water and she didn't drink, I brought her to the food and she didn't eat. I got out a hose and simulated rain on her. It didn't seem to help. She can stand but she can't walk well. should I take her inside somewhere where there is A/C?

105, wow. Umm, maybe put her in a crate (if you have one) or a box, a crate would be better though, then put the crate/box near a fan or something that produces air. When she’s stopped panting, try and get her to eat some food and drink water. Hope she feels better!!

You need to cool her down and get fluids into her. Preferably with electrolytes. It sounds like she may be severely overheating and dehydrated. If not treated it could be serious. Move her someplace cool with food/water in easy reach. You may want to give some electrolytes by hand with a dropper to get her started. If you don't have sav-a-chick, Pedialyte works.

I put her inside a cage inside (76 degrees inside). I supplied her with water and food but she isn't drinking it. I tried to force (nicely) her to drink by putting her beak in the water but when her beak touches the water she shakes her head and all the water goes flying. If I nudge her to try and get her moving she stumbles over and has to use her wing to keep her balanced. She's also not making any noises. I think it might have more to do than the heat.
