Extremely weird egg, very concerned!!

. You apparently don't know how squeamish I am. . I haven't seen anything like it either. Since it's green it could be a bunch of pigment put on something. I would cut it open.

OMG it is a martian egg!! J/K it does look like poop...very weird. Curious to see if anyone else has had this happen or if someone can give a definitive answer

To me, it looks like a blip or weird egg, since she is an ameraucana. It looks like something that is produced with a shell gland problem. What does it look like inside. I would give some human calcium 1/2 tablet daily, a Tums, or a geound egg shell with a littl cooked egg for the next 3-5 days. Antibiotics might be an option as well. Wow, if I didn't know better I'd say that looks like something that has been in the back of the fridge for months.
I had no idea something like that could come out of a chicken. Those weird little eggs Eggcessive posted do look like it though, just not as green...
