Eye damage?

My Partridge rock hens (3months) eye was damaged due to her trying to get food under a eating dog. Her eye is now closed and if forced open, is all red, with no sign of a pupil.

other eye for comparison. She is now separated from the other hens. What foods should I feed her, what should I put on her eye, etc.

Her eye looks like there is a hemorrhage inside of it. I would get her to a vet.
