Eye infected...neosporin ok?

Hi. It would appear my chick has wry neck, which I'm treating, and now it would seem his eye is infected, I assume because he can't lift his head out of the bedding when he sleeps. What's the best way to deal with this? Neosporin and hydrogen peroxide? Thanks!

No peroxide, clean it with water or normal saline, and apply Neosporin (plain kind.) I replied to you on your other thread, but are you seeing any watery eyes, runny nose, or sneezing?
