Eye infection in kitten? Any advice appreciated!

Hello, thanks for stopping in, open to suggestions to help little Luna here.
She's a barn cat, and eye infections are quite prominent in barn raised kittens. I've had her and two other kittens for a week. I know she's been ill for a little while now, but it especially worsened today. Advice?
Now, I know legit nothing about illnesses in cats, and I tried to do some light research, and found little to nothing useful.
Anyone dealt with this before? Pics are from before her eyes were washed, and after.
I am cleaning her eyes and nose out every day, but I imagine I will have to buy an antibiotic of some sort to help assist.
She is not lethargic, nor unresponsive. She is eating, drinking, playing, meowing, the usual.

A vet in a possibility, of course, but I was trying to catch it in the early stages before the condition worsened

I did not. I have some homesteading friends who shared a herbal remedy with me. Cleared up in a week! They are doing so much better.
