Eye Infection?

My BA, Agatha was picked on in the main coop by my rooster (possibly others)so I moved her into the bachelor pad with a gentle rooster. When I moved her to the bachelor pad she calmed down and seems to be better. Her back feathers and area around her right eye seem to be getting better but I am concerned with her eye. Her eyelid looks a bit odd to me. Could she have an eye infection? She is about 8 months old and used to lay an egg nearly every day.

Her face looks a bit beat up, and I would assume that it's all trauma from being pecked, it should heal up, hopefully you can address the reasons why she was getting bullied. She's a pretty hen.
