Eye infection?

Try flushing the eye with saline and pressing to see if there's debris or pus that can be removed. You can find Terramycin eye ointment at stores like Tractor supply, I would also put that in the eye.
So at first there was a hard white spot on it that I was able to remove and I've been flushing it with saline and putting curicyn drops in it every day. ALL of my local feed stores (including tractor supply) are out or terramycin at the moment😔 any idea what it could be?

I honestly don't know, let's tag in @Eggcessive she may have some ideas. Likely she won't be on until morning though.

I would continue to clean the eye with saline and use the Curicyn.

Are you seeing any nasal drainage or sneezing? If you see any pus in the eye, try expressing that. You may want to get some Tylosin powder for the water to treat her for MG. Dosage is 1 tsp per gallon of water for 5 days:

I just saw you reply sorry. I haven't seen any nasal discharge or sneezing. Though I will say she has a weird sort of indention where her comb should be. She has no comb (she is supposed to be a Jersey giant and my other jersey giant has a comb) I'm not sure if the absence of comb and indention are related to her current condition or not. But I will try the tylosin too to see if that helps! Thank you!

where can I buy saline? (online of course)
I have added chickens in February. And respiratory symptoms were in my flock a while back.
she has always been very healthy.
I hope its not Mycoplasma!
I will check in after I check it further.
You can make your own Saline. Look online for the Recipe. Its easy.
