Eye issue with newly hatched chick-Need Info

I had 4 chicks hatch over night. 3 look normal. 1 has very puffy eyes. It can open its eye a tiny bit, and it's very puffy under each eye. Does this chick have eye issues or is it something from just recently hatching? Thanks for any help!!

Is it acting normally otherwise? If so, I would just watch it for now.
