Eye issues please advise no vet I know cares for them

Well checking on thing this morning and notice one of my girls has something going on with her eye I have a tractor supply nearby so I need to worry about the others now I'm just plain stressing they are all sick but look fine to me can't catch a break it's got a bump and it's bubbling she's eating drinking and eating treats like normal I hope I don't have to separate I have a spray but idk if it would be ok for around the eye I'll see if I can add a photo when I go back in

Buy or make saline eye rinse (recipes on the internet). Flush the eye once or twice a day and apply Terramycin antibiotic eye ointment two times a day. You can get it from Tractor Supply.

Sweet I can do that I know baking soda and iodized salt I have to wipe my Millie's eyes to keep them open from here the one in the big pen is a tractor supply board the chick is from my pet chicken I wish I could get my video to post so I could see if the otheres looked ok now I just dont know lol
