Tryna find the best thing to do here someone told me just rub antibiotic ointment on the eye but I don’t want to make it worse I’ve been using microcynAH for about three days now before I was using vetericyn because I originally used it on other eye issues and it helped but it fixed on eye and not the other so I got the microcynAH I don’t want her to have to lose the eye

Have you tried to open the eye? Chicken pus is solid and needs to be removed.

Yes I’ve opened it to put medicine I’ve wiped it a little bit, but I didn’t want to damage the eyeball

Can’t really get good pictures of the eye open but there’s white covering the whole eye and it’s not really wiping out

I’m not really sure but when I try to wipe the white away it seems like the whole eye is just gonna come out

I would just flush the open eye with a little saline or eye wash, wipe the closed eyelid, then put a small dab of the antibiotic ointment into the eye. No need to rub it on the eye, just into the bottom of the eyelid, and closing the eye will distribute it. Do you suspect a respiratory disease, a peck wound, or eye infection? How long has the eyelid been swollen? The eye looks cloudy gray with a small pupil. How does the other eye look?

I’m not sure pecking or eye infection. The other eye was shut originally it had been fine ever since I sprayed vetericyn but this morning it’s closed to

can I use aquaphor

I would not put that Aquaphor in the eyes. Saline is made with 2 tsp of salt in a quart/liter of water, boiled for a few minutes, and stored in a clean container. I have used plain Neosporin/triple antibiotic ointment in a pinch. Pictures of the eye may be helpful.
