Eye patch, or monocle?

Dr. Brooderle, a BO roo who hatched last March, has become blind in one eye. The pupil of his right eye is but a pinhole, and I have noticed that he has to swivel his head around to see stuff. I don't recall any injuries or infections - and I don't think it was this way this summer. What to do? I was planning on having him fertilize some eggs for us......

there are actually alot of chickens with vision loss. He has one eye right? I would say he will be ok, just be extra careful to protect him from predators. He is at a disadvantage on one side.

I have many one eyed chicken and turkey.......they live a pretty normal life.
