Eye problem on hen

I found her today like this. She isn't being very active, haven't seen her drink anything, but I have seen her eat feed and tomatoes. I checked her body for any injuries but I didn't find any. Her eye doesn't look swollen but she can't open it. Any advice is appreciated. Thank you!

She may have gotten pecked or got something like dust or something microscopic. You can try flushing out her eye with some saline or you can use Terramycin eye ointment for her eye.
 
@Myrshine is spot on. Pry her eye open and flush well with saline once a day, and use terramycin antibiotic eye ointment twice a day in the eye until the eye is back to normal.

Chickens keep an eye closed when it hurts a lot, same as us. The cornea may have been scratched or she has a touch of pink eye which is a bacterial infection.
