Eye problem

Hey guys, I have just noticed on one of my ducks (5 weeks old) She has what looks like dry skin between her eye and beak. Its right where she scratches. Could this be some sort of fleas or something? I would post pics but have no camera sorry. many thanks in advance for your help!

If there are fleas around the She could have a pest problem, since she always seems to scratch in the same spot resulting in irritation. or maybe it's just a bad itchy spot. Hope it gets better!

It could also just be a patch that has molted and the new feathers haven't grown in yet. There was a post awhile back about a bald spot by a duckling's eye and one of my ducklings had a tiny bald spot by its eye when it was about 4-5 weeks old. He is just fine now.
