eye problem

I have a hen that was fine yesterday but today noticed her left eye shut and she was making a kind of gurgling noise. I open her shut eye and it appeared to be somewhat receiding inward with a lot of fluid between the eye and eyelid. She doesn't appear to be disoriented but secludes herself from the rest of the flock.
I have speedster her from the flock until I. An find out what is going on? After looking on the web she seems to have partial signs of the New Castle Disease.
If possible please assist me with diagnosing her and what I need to do. Don't want my entire flock to get sick.

I see several people have looked at your post. Evidently no one has any good ideas what it is. Unfortunately, I don't either. Perhaps you should look into having your state vet identify the problem. I do know they vary in the condition they want the bird in, and that usually the cost is either not great or none. Hopefully this link will lead you where you can find them:

You could try treating with antibiotics. Although it banned for use in food animals, I use Baytril.
