Eye swollen HElP

My 6 month cuckoo maran eye is swollen she can barley open it there is blood but it all dried up anything i can do?

If you're seeing blood, it sounds like an eye injury - she may have been pecked. I keep Vetericyn on hand for wounds, and they make a gel especially for eye wounds (ophthalmic gel version). Thanks,She is doing better it seems she being mounted my my rooster as it was from the head and the blood drooled down to her face,But she seems to be doing better i gave her baby aspirin and washed the blood off

I will tell you how he looks tomorrow,Luckily he is nice and friendly it was easy to put it on him besides the fact he would shake his head and get all of it on my face

LOL!! That's how it goes sometimes. I really hope she improves. I had a CM hen once - she laid a lovely speckled dark brown egg - but a hawk got her at about 9 months old. Very pretty chickens.
