"As you know, the humans are drooling over our tasty meat and beautiful scales. While this is understandable, it is also disgusting to us. So, my idea is that we migrate deeper into the mountains and take up residence in one of the caves which can be found there. We would be farther from the dangerous humans, and therefore much safer."

(Oops, looks like there already are caves.
